Friends

by laufer last modified 2006-04-28 03:07 PM — expired

All of Kristen's nutty friends, or shall we say people who tolerate Kristen for longer amounts of time than average humans, are analyzed in depth on this page. During the week many of them have to get to school over an hour early to park, so they meet in the band room and form... a circle. In this circle many important matters are discussed, such as Legends of the Hidden Temple and shoe stores that sell one shoe at a time. Should you choose to, you could click on a link to see pictures of some of their crazy adventures.

DISCLAIMER: If you're a friend of Kristen and you're not on this page it is because she doesn't have a good picture of you. In addition the pictures on this page were posted at the time they were recieved. In no way does the order reflect your dearness to Kristen. Please do not confront Kristen and start an awkward conversation over this matter.

  • Nicole is the resident boy magnet. It is rumored that when she was only a few months old she swam to America with her sister... but common sense tells me otherwise. I know they came together in a box and floated here. Nicole obsesses over Moulin Rouge, but deep down she knows it's a cheap rip off of the Phantom of the Opera. She knows. Other than that, it's important to know that Nicole likes boys. Lots of them. Local ones, famous ones, funky ones, you name it. I'd probably need a whole nother page just to catalogue the ones she likes just at this moment. She's liked some Ewan McGregor guy for a while, but that's all I can be sure of. Oh yeah, did I mention that she's a twin? Only fraternal tho. Not the cool kind. She plays the sax in the school band and is currentlly dating... no one! Nicole is recently learning to play a new instrumet... that I forgot the name of.

Nole claims she's wearing a tube top.

  • Celeste, the social butterfly! She knows everybody. Seriously, you can't walk her down the hallway without saying hello to twenty seven people. Be it band, cross country, or track... there's no escaping her. Celeste is kind of like our own personel Jessica Simpson because....... err, she likes music. Seriously, I guess, Celeste plays clarinet in the school band, and she even memorizes all the pep music! It's crazy! Anywho, hmm... what esle does she do? I guess when you sit around memorizing all your pep music you can't do much else. She loves Seussical even though it's the worst musical of all time. That's devotion. She loves to dance and someday has to teach my how to get my groove on. Celeste just joined the school choir, and we're all very proud of her.

Nicole's supposed twin.

  • Saba is the most... level headed. You can ask for Saba's advice on anything. She's a genius, I'm pretty positive she's had straight A's every year she's ever been in school. She says she tied Matt for the #7 academic rank this year. Saba likes a different boy every year, but honestly I can never keep track of the crushes between these three. I'm always behind. Oh yeah, Saba loves to watch movies. She has so many DVDs it's crazy. They're all totally legal by the way... none of them are bootlegged... from Pakistan... Saba is in band just like the rest of us. She started out on the clarinet and now she plays the bass clarinet. This year Saba moved from Ghetto Heights, for some reason, to a very pretty house in Bartlett. My parents have yet to let me drive there all by myself, but once they do we're gonna have some crazy times.

Does she look like a DVD pirate to you?

  • This is Christie, and I met her before anyone else! She's quiet around strangers, and is usually right about whatever she's talking about. Christie likes country music, and she used to watch a little anime! She grew out of it though, unlike me. One of the things Christie likes to do is eat... a lot. It's unbelievable sometimes and if you feed her the right thing, like sugar or coffee, she'll go crazy! Christie plays clarinet in band, and she's super good, unlike me again. She used to be in choir, and now I believe she dabbles in piano and guitar.

  • Ah, good ol' Joe. Joe is a nice guy who plays percussion. He gets to play the cool stuff and make everyone jealous. Joe is able to do something that you cannot do. He can lick his elbow. Do you think I'm crazy? Try it and see how far you get. Joe thinks I'm crazy because I read manga. In fact, he's convinced it's porn. For some reason. Joe is in my Chemistry class and helps me with... everything. He's never too busy to drop what he's doing and help someone who's eight unbalanced equations behind. Watch out for him though... he lies about percentages.

Scorpion Joe.

  • Ben... you kind of have to know him to get him. He's quick with a degrading joke, especially to Matt, and even quicker to tell you how great he is. Ben and I went to the same elementary school where we spent our days playing wallball and sand castle. In the present you could find Ben playing trumpet in band and stalking around in his Seinfeld Coat. Ben enjoys the Colbert Report, Space Balls, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and your mom. He has a golf club in his car at all times... so watch out.

The picture says it all.

  • I will always remember Debbie for showing me the coolest thing in the world... the Drama Llama. Believe it or not, Debbie's not in band... and she's still cool! She has interesting colored eyes because her twin sister whacked her in the womb. Debbie enjoys playing Connect Four... and celebrates when she connects three. Debbie was elected for the Red and Black Club for February 2006, and I was too! I am very honored to have my picture on the same wall as Debbie's...

Debbie bringin' down the house.

  • Christy is Debbie's twin sister. She's the one with the long hair. She plays the sax in band and keeps me from going insane in U.S. History A.P., and from killing the whistling security guard in study hall. I hate that guy. Christy is the leader of the circle and can kick anyone out at anytime. She never would though, she's too nice. I often spell Christy's name wrong. That's right, it could be spelled the wrong way every time you read it on this site. One day I'll get it straight.

Not all my friends are crazy.

  • My puppy Scout! My mom named her after the little girl in To Kill A Mockingbird. We got her for Christmas 2004, and then our family was complete. Scout is pretty smart. She knows quite a few tricks, and sometimes she'll do something that'll make you wonder if she's really a dog. For example she drinks green tea and licks vanilla ice cream cones with no problem. Scout loves my mom, always follows her everywhere. She never ever likes anything to change. Once my dad layed down in my bed, and she barked until he got off because she knew he wasn't supposed to sleep there! Oh yeah, my dad is jealous of the dog. Ever since she came she's been calling the shots, so he's still getting used to that.

Scout doesn't lie on the ground.

  • This is Katie. She's not very nice. She's mean, and spiteful, and harsh, and brutal. She's my friend anyway though. Do you people know what it's like growing up and not having anyone know the name of your favorite t.v. show, or what the Triforce is, or why Princess Leia's adopted father only has a few lines in Episode I and II? Well Katie does know these things and that is why she is so grand. While she does occasionally abuse me I can live with it because Katie get's her just desserts. For example, one time we were riding on a bus and a banana flew throught the window and splattered all over her. Now how do you explain something like that? You can't, God probably just hates her... Where was I going with this?

Katie had a grand night out...

Well that's it for now, I'll get the rest of my friends up when I get a chance. Really, there's more. I'm not kidding!
