| 5 Mins *2nd: volenteer to be the most responsible person for each day of the camp sessions and define metors's job. | |
| 15 Mins *3rd: start the prograss of selecting additional camp officers. | |
| 30 Mins *4th: Planning officers (Yumin and Neha):start to keep tract of the budget and prepare the acceptance letter. Technology officers (Preeti and Ravneet): tracking registration and also discussing technical stuff for camp schedules and dealing with the questions that people may have wrt camp. | |
