way to go...by the way, I haven't seen any comments. and sadly, I won't be able to go online since my uncle has to use it when he is home. but I will definiately check the comment board before I post a new version to the action list on Monday! Write more, Camp Infinity Officers!

Firstly, changing the dates from tuesdays to thursday's dates.

Secondly, there is one more change to be done as far as change of dates is concerned. I think the dates for the recommendations and acceptance of the applicants should be changed form 15th June to 15th July. Because the deadline for the application is 15th July so it might be 15th July instead of 15th June.But Yumin, please confirm it from Prof before changing the dates.

Thirdly, please include a schedule for the budget as suggested by Prof so that we all can get knowledge how to maintain the budget.

Fourthly, though it was discussed in the meeting but would like to review it.
Listing out the past campers and inviting them over for the camp. Also, asking for their experiences which can be helpful for our camp.The deadline for this task is this coming thursday meeting ie 16th June.

I hope these all suggestions will help.

1. we have to update -dates as planned according to work and presently on work going on. i can see speakers list is down below , so may be we can keep things togther which are worked on and planned.(like all list and invitations )

2.finalise visit days in plans to du-page university - so that rest four are open days for us to handle in campus programs.

I just wanted to suggest that once we have a semi formal schedule for the first session i think we should post it as soon as we have something. Also, I think that we should post ideas of what we might do at the camp. If any of you can write a paragraph or two about what we might do, I can edit it and add it onto the page.

to Discuss final speakers list amongst planning team, and to send invitation in 18th june meeting.- very important and urgent.
I have added 2 files reagrding this- junior speaker list and letter to senior speakers.
